From a young age, I’ve been deeply involved in sports and leading an active lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve trained and competed in mixed martial arts, soccer, basketball, and running-experiencing firsthand how injuries can set you back. It was through my own journey of recovery from sports-related injuries and motor vehicle accidents that I truly understood the value of rehabilitation. While physiotherapy helped me return to my activities, it wasn’t until I embraced active therapy and focused on strengthening my weaknesses that I felt better than ever. Now, I’m able to perform at my best in the gym, lift weights, and enjoy recreational soccer and basketball. As a passionate Kinesiologist, my goal is to help others achieve the same results: to feel their best, regain mobility, improve performance, and maintain long-term wellness. I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential, whether it’s recovering from an injury or enhancing their physical fitness.
